1. The contract is created between the parties - the Internet service that is engaged in the currencies exchange, referred to as wmmoney.net (Contractor), and their services' user (Client). The second acts as a private or legal person and agrees to the terms offered by the service.
2.1 Client - or the user of the system, is usually the person that gives the information about themselves and their payment to the system and assuming the exchange of electronic currency to be done as soon as possible.
2.2 Contractor - the website itself - https://wmmoney.net/, that is engaged in the provision of services online.
2.3 Currency – is an element of currency common in online services. There is a certain list of rights both parties have referring to the element.
2.4 Exchange itself is implemented by a product created by the Contractor, which is fully automatic and offered for use by the company for a commission fee.
2.6 Verification is the process that uses certain tools for pre-verifying the data in cases when currencies come from a bank.
3. Rules are based upon the basic conditions of public offering which is the main principle of the contract.
Public offering is data presented by the https://wmmoney.net/ service. Actions made after a request has been made are its basic data too as it shows that Client is definitely going to make the deal, to use service offered, in our case. Parameters including date and time are considered as automatically created by the https://wmmoney.net/ service while forming.The Customer undertakes to accept the offer within 15 minutes after the application has been made. The contract becomes valid since the currencies are transferred from the client. Operations with the latter are taken into account on the basis of the rules of electronic transactions n account systems without fail. The agreement is valid until terminated. Both sides can induce the termination, each of them separately.
The Agreement subject
4.1 The Contractor undertakes to implement the operations connected with currency exchange using available basic legal methods. One of them is to transfer currencies to the third parties who are willing to purchase electronic currency for a higher price than is specified in the request.
4.2 The Contractor undertakes to engage in transferring the electronic currencies using account details specified by the Client. If any residual occurs during the process, it goes into the ownership and control of the Client.
4.3 If the amount of currencies transferred to the Contractor’s account is below the permissible minimum, the currencies may never be returned.
5.1 The Client must meet regulatory standards so they ensure the source of the money for exchange is legal.
5.2 The Client must specify accurate data in the request including e-mail address, numbers and surnames. If some data cause doubts in its reliability, the Contractor might suspend the exchange operation.
5.3 The sender and the recipient must be the same person. The client must not make a request and make an exchange for some third parties.
5.4 The Contractor is not responsible for the damage caused by the Client giving inaccurate data or account details while making a request.
5.5 If the Contractor had never transferred the money for the Clients’s account since the request has been made, the contract might be terminated by the will of the second party. If money are transferred after it’s been 15 minutes, the Contractor may transfer them back. Moreover, any fees and commissions charged with the cost are deducted from the amount.
5.7 If the amount of currencies the Contractor gets transferred to their account is below the sum specified in the request, the Contractor makes recalculations according to the actual amount of money available.
5.8 If the Client do not get the money on their account in 24 hours, they get the right to cancel the request. All the money will be transferred to their account. As for the Contractor’s actions, a requirement to terminate the agreement before the money are on the account is quite legitimate.
Is the contract is to be cancelled. The currencies should be returned in 24 hours since a requirement for termination has been received. If there was no fault of the Contractor in the delay occurred, they are not responsible for the procedure.
5.9 By using the data on the Contractor’s site and making a tick in the decision form the Client agrees that the Contractor’s responsibility is limited
Given that the Client does not receive a guarantee and the Contractor does not have responsibilities, it is crucial to initially meet the requirements for the request complying so that no risk of losing money or transferring them to third parties could occur.
5.10 The Contractor must follow the provided rules, keep communication flows unforged and not to prevent the programs code from working.
6. If those occur, the Contractor company may postpone the request implementation until those force majeure are considered and resolved.
7. The agreement serves as a valid legal contract identical to a traditional written contract.
Claims and disputes
8. All disputes and claims are accepted in a form of e-mail letter. Client specifies their complaints in a letter and Contractor looks for an effective way to solve the problem occurred.
9.1 No exchange operations can be carried out for illegal transactions or further fraud.
9.2 If it is impossible to implement the request for some reasons that the Contractor is not responsible for (poor connection, lack of money, inaccurate entry), the money may be transferred to the account in next 24 hours or returned to the Client’s account.
9.3 At the request of superiors Contractor may provide them with information.9.4 If the Contractor get some suspicions of the fraud being committed, the Client must provide identification documents.9.5 Customer must not interfere in the working process of the Contractor, cause any damage to hardware or software.They also must provide Contractor with information for them to fulfill all conditions of the Agreement.
Permissible minimum amount
10. If the amount of money transferred to account is below the permissible minimum, it may not be returned.
